Music: Trumpet Tribute to Louis Armstrong from 7:30-8:00 on the Red Beans and Ricely Yours stage.
Music: The Original Pinnettes Brass Band from 6:45-7:45 on the Cornet Chop Suey stage.
Food: Crawfish cakes over seasoned rice with crawfish cream sauce from Royal House.
Dessert: Bananas & Nutella crepe from Crepes a la Cart.
